I have the Files on Demand setup with 'Online only', 'Available', and 'Always keep on device' and none of these settings work. Now I none of my symlinks are readable and I cannot backup any files. The link at the bottom also isn't working for me. I have just switched on using OneDrives Files on Demand feature. Is there any reason why it would be better to pre-create the %userprofile%\OneDrive - YOUR TENANT NAME folder and then use the "folder exists" targeting vs not using the targeting? The poster above just said it worked for him without mentioning any required edits. Why is that there? Nothing would work for me until I removed that because, having that means the environment variable is only created if that folder already exists and the folders can't be redirected if the environment variable isn't applied. A couple small errors such as misspelling "Onedrievesync" and the incorrect path to the OneDrive group policy settings were easy enough to get around but I don't understand why you have item level targeting your environment variable.
